Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and include your RA number inside the parcel, then ship it back to our designated returns center.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
